Toilet exercise

Anti-Aging Women have no time to rest, even in bathroom!

During urine, it is perfect timing to training Kegel or Pelvic floor exercises.

- Start urine
- Stop the flow of urine by tightening urinary sphincter (muscle that controls urine flow) for a few seconds.
- Start the flow again
- Repeat the same




By training this part,

- Avoid light bladder leakage
- tighter butt
- enjoy more during sexual act!
