Let me introduce some funny types of bath.

If you do not have bath tube, use drum!

3 features of taking bath!

- Warming body reduces fatigue.
By warming body, it delates blood vessels, to make the blood flow smoother. So, this removes waste matrial and lactic acid, to reduce stress and fatigue.
HSP*, Heat Shock Protein, is also expected.
(* HPS is proteins whose expression is increased when cells are exposed to elevated temperatures or other stress. HPS repairs damaged cell, strengthens immunity, and slows down lactic acid incidence. In other words, HPS is good for anti aging.)

- Better circulation by water pressure.
The water pressure in bath pushes up blood from legs and stimulate heart activity.
